All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked which will arrive usually within 1 - 3 days of them being shipped. You should receive an email from us to say it's been dispatched and then an email from Royal Mail in regards to your parcel and you will also receive a tracking number for your order so you're able to track it.
All orders will be baked over a weekend and sent out to be dispatched on a Monday.
When your order leaves us we are no longer responsible for it so if there are any lost or damaged parcels this will be something you need to take up directly with Royal Mail. If your order doesn't arrive please email us at [email protected]and we will try our best to help track down your order too.
Unfortunately our items are non refundable being as they are perishable goods but if you do have any issues then please contact us on our email above and we will try our best to see what we can do for you.
Our goods are not letterbox friendly so it would be best for someone to be in to receive your order or if you're out to leave a note for them to be delivered to a neighbour or safe space to make sure you receive your goods.
